Mission: The International Workshop on Logic and Synthesis is dedicated to research in synthesis, optimization, and verification of integrated circuits. Research on logic synthesis for emerging technologies and for novel computing platforms, such as nanoscale systems and biological systems, is also strongly encouraged. The workshop accepts complete papers as well as abstracts highlighting important new problems in the early stages of development. The emphasis is on novelty and intellectual rigor.

Hotel accomodations

We have negotiated the rate of $99/night at the Fairmont Newport Beach hotel as well as $10/day parking rate for IWLS participants. This four-diamond hotel is within one mile from John Wayne Orange County (SNA) Airport and offers a complementary airport shuttle. To reserve a room, call +1 (800) 441-1414 by June 1, 2010, mention the hotel name and location, dates of your stay, and ask for the special group rate under IWLS room block. You can also contact the hotel directly at +1 (949) 476-2001 and ask for reservations. The reduced rate is subject to room availability, therefore we encourage you to reserve early. If you call after June 1, 2010, do still mention the IWLS room block -- the special rate may still be available, and it will also help us know how many IWLS participants are staying at the hotel so that we can request as many shuttle rides as necessary to the conference site. Official check-in time is 4pm, but some rooms may be available earlier. The hotel is two miles from our conference facility (Bren Hall) at UC Irvine, and shuttles will be provided in the morning and in the evening. The hotel address is: Fairmont Newport Beach, 4500 MacArthur Boulevard, Newport Beach, CA 92660
